She has built and led marketing teams and strategies in high-growth companies worldwide. She made her debut at Soltec in 2015 as Head of Marketing from a UK-based company.

Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer
He has been with Soltec since 2014. He has +15 years of international experience in the solar industry as sales manager and project engineer.
Gabriel Seoane
Chief Organization Officer
With +20 years of experience he has worked as Human Resources Director in companies such as AstraZeneca, ING, Inditex and Google. He has a proven track record in managing teams to contribute to the achievement of their objectives and goals.

Chief Corporate Development Officer
Joins Soltec in 2019. He has +20 years of experience managing finance in engineering, large scale construction projects, energy and water companies around the world.
Javier Adiego

With +15 years of experience in the industry, Javier has extensive experience in M&A and project finance transactions for an approximate amount of 1.2 billion euros in various markets.

More than 20 years of experience in Information Technology. He is currently Chief Information Officer at Soltec, in charge of managing the company's global technology.

Investors Relations Global Director
She has +18 years of experience in financial markets specializing in financial communications. She is also currently a professor of Financial Communications and Investor Relations at ESIC.
