With +15 years of experience in the industry, Javier has extensive experience in M&A and project finance transactions for an approximate amount of 1.2 billion euros in various markets.

Chief Organization Officer
With +20 years of experience he has worked as Human Resources Director in companies such as AstraZeneca, ING, Inditex and Google. He has a proven track record in managing teams to contribute to the achievement of their objectives and goals.
Jorge García
Chief Information Officer
More than 20 years of experience in Information Technology. He is currently Chief Information Officer at Soltec, in charge of managing the company's global technology.
Meritxell Pérez de Castro
Investors Relations Global Director
She has +18 years of experience in financial markets specializing in financial communications. She is also currently a professor of Financial Communications and Investor Relations at ESIC.
