SERVICES
Professionals by your side
at every project stage
From initial design through operation and maintenance, we provide our customers with a specialized team and proprietary tools to optimize the development, execution and performance of each photovoltaic plant.
Advanced engineering design
With SFDesigner, our parametric engineering and design platform, we turn terrain challenges into optimized, precise and cost-effective designs, adapting to each client’s specific needs in an agile, tailored way.
This tech environment is core of our engineering team, letting us guarantee millimeter-level profitability from development phase through:
-
Automated scenario generation: We process data to evaluate multiple deployment scenarios in record time.
-
Precise component calculation: We calculate exact dimensions of each element, drastically cutting steel waste and avoiding construction surprises.
-
Native mechanical adaptability: We integrate all assembly tolerances and slope limits of our trackers, ensuring every proposed layout is 100% buildable.
Backed by power and connectivity of SFDesigner, our team offers three specialized add-ons designed to turn terrain challenges into competitive advantages:

-
Specialized layout study
Maximum installed power at lowest CAPEX
We analyze each geometric and topographic variable of the terrain to define the plant’s optimal configuration, maximizing installed capacity and minimizing installation costs, always respecting the project’s mechanical tolerances.
-
PV MDT Tool
Drastic reduction of earthworks
In strategic collaboration with Aplitop, we have developed a powerful topographic solution that allows us to carry out high-precision Digital Terrain Model (DTM) studies. This allows us to adapt the tracker to the actual terrain and significantly reduce the volume of earthworks and civil works before construction begins.
-
CFD Topographic Analysis
Aerodynamic safety guaranteed on complex terrain
Wind behavior shifts on irregular topography, causing accelerations and turbulence standard models miss. Using our Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tool, we simulate exact wind behavior to get precise topographic coefficients. This lets us validate a structure fully matched to real aerodynamic loads.
Project Execution
Expert support from manufacturing to commissioning
Building utility-scale solar plant needs precise coordination between engineering, manufacturing, logistics, assembly and commissioning. At Soltec we support clients through project's critical phases, providing specialized technical support, field presence and direct knowledge of our solar trackers. Our engineering and execution experience lets us anticipate deviations, cut construction risk, and ensure efficient handover to plant operation.
-
Training Service
Technical training aimed at assembly, operation and maintenance teams, to ensure correct installation, handling and use of Soltec trackers.
-
Advisory Service
Specialized technical assistance during the on-site assembly phase. Our advisors support installation teams, resolve technical queries and help verify that assembly is carried out according to Soltec's criteria and project specifications.
-
Project Engineering Support
Engineering support during project execution to resolve technical queries, analyze design deviations, review construction solutions and respond to specific needs arising on site.
-
