Marcelino, industrial engineer from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICAI), recently earned PhD in Business Administration in Management and Technology, cum laude. His thesis, focused on successes, failures and lessons in transforming large organizations, reflects his analytical, strategic approach. With standout career in energy and infrastructure sector, Marcelino held executive posts as CEO of Enagás and general manager of COMSA, plus seats on multiple boards. His experience covers industrial self-consumption projects, electrolyzers and decarbonization strategies. Currently Marcelino works in investment, promotion and advisory for companies focused on energy efficiency and sustainability, like GreenYellow, ACIDEKA and Hygreen Energy. Known for building consensus, spotting complex problems and proposing clear solutions, he combines independent judgment with constructive approach to decision-making.

Current CEO of Soltec, Mariano Berges has over 20 years experience across roles in renewable energy sector, totaling over 20 GW in solar, wind and battery storage projects.
Industrial Engineer from Universidad Alfonso X, also holds Master’s in Renewable Energy and Advanced Management Program (AMP) from IESE. Through his career, Mariano took on high-responsibility roles, from project management at INDRA and SOCOIN (Unión Fenosa Group, now Naturgy), to executive posts as CTO and CCO at FRV, and more recently CCO at Renewable Power Capital (CPPIB). Among his standout achievements: co-founding several renewable energy companies, leading the 20 MW Trujillo project in 2006 — at the time world’s largest solar project — creating FRV-X, FRV’s subsidiary for new business development, and pioneering the first battery project with Tesla in the UK in 2020.

Iñigo is a partner at DVC Partners. He joined in 2017 and sits on the board of directors of several portfolio companies. Before joining DVC, Iñigo worked at Peninsula Capital and Mediobanca. Iñigo holds a degree from CUNEF and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Ignacio, managing partner at DVC Partners. Joined 2014, sits on board of several portfolio companies. Before DVC, Ignacio directed PwC’s Transaction Services Strategy Group. Earlier, held similar role at ALG for three years. Started career as engineer in TYPSA’s airports division, also advised transport and logistics companies. Ignacio holds degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and MBA from INSEAD.

Alberto, 25+ years professional experience across key sectors: banking, media, strategic consulting, technology. Held notable leadership roles, including general manager of El Confidencial, where he led full transformation that tripled revenue, expanded audiences, cemented outlet’s standing as sector reference. Currently Alberto serves as partner and board member at several companies, providing strategic guidance, opportunity analysis, business development, always focused on innovation and tangible results. His skill in spotting trends, anticipating change, executing effective strategy in complex settings makes him valuable asset to any organization. Degree in Economics and Business Sciences from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, resides in Madrid.

Marta built 30+ year career marked by entrepreneurship and internationalization. Co-founder of telecoms company Comunitel (1998) and renewables company Tsolar (2007), also private investor in tech and education startups. Her independent director experience started 2021, working with funds like I Squared, CDPQ, JP Morgan, MacQuarie, and Proa Capital. Was CEO of British company “Cero Generation” (100% Macquarie) and Spanish “T-Solar”, plus CEO of Isolux’s Transmission Lines division. Started career at PwC, held several senior finance roles at Peugeot-Citroën automotive group. Certified by Spanish directors body I-CA in “Good Corporate Governance”, holds business administration degree, completed leadership and board training programs at IESE.
