Soltec presents SFOne Tracker at Genera Tradeshow

Soltec presents SFOne Tracker at Genera Tradeshow

Soltec presents at the Genera Tradeshow its latest photovoltaic solar tracking technology: the SFOne

Soltec, one of the main solar tracker manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, presents its SFOne solar tracker at the 24th edition of the Genera Tradeshow, organized by IFEMA in collaboration with IDEA and held in Madrid between November 16-18.

Together with other industry leaders, the Murcia-based company will present SFOne, a product revisiting the 1P-tracker concept and launched onto the marketplace this year. In 2009, Soltec already developed this type of technology to launch its SA Series. Now the company wants to upgrade this concept with SFOne, a tracker designed to satisfy customer requests and market needs.

SFOne, with a 1P, single-shaft configuration, is specifically designed for modules of 72 to 78 cells and features the Dy-Wind technology, the most advanced methodology for design of wind structures, as well as the Diffuse Booster system for optimization under poor lighting conditions. The self-powered module of SFOne favors lower operational costs than competitor trackers, whereas its smaller structure reduces environmental impact.

This new tracker, available in all markets where Soltec operates, is easier to install, thus shortening power plant construction time in almost 75%. SFOne’s “older sibling”, the SF7 tracker, also contributes to similar savings.

“Soltec is honored to participate once again in this leading trade fair within the renewable energy sector with the aim of presenting our latest technology. We think it’s great that this type of events are back on track to help boost the industry and favor energy transition”, said Raul Morales, CEO of Soltec Power Holdings.

The Genera Trade Fair, a must-visit event for professionals within our industry, includes the attendance of photovoltaic industry leaders from over 60 countries. As a key market player with nearly 20 years of experience, the presence of Soltec in this event is a must.
