Soltec manufactures in Argentina the main components of its SF7 Single-Axis Tracker horizontal solar tracker.

Soltec has obtained the Product and Supplier Code (PPC) which accredits it as a local manufacturer in Argentina. This code, which can be consulted in the Register of Renewable Energy Suppliers (ReProER), was created by the National Institute of Industrial Technology of Argentina (INTI) to promote the use of renewable energies and local production.

"Since Soltec established itself in Argentina, obtaining this accreditation has been a priority for us. Manufacturing in the country improves the customer experience by shortening supply and construction times, as well as contributing to the project's corporate social responsibility strategy and significantly benefiting the local economy," says José María Celdrán, Soltec's regional director for the Andean countries and the Southern Cone. "We thank INTI for their willingness and support during the whole process of obtaining the CPP".

Soltec Argentina offers in the country the solution of solar tracking SF7 for solar power plants. "Manufacturing locally means we can offer shorter supply lead times in Argentina. The country is serious about meeting its energy targets, with a significant increase in the share of renewable generation," explains Soltec CEO Raul Morales. "CPP accreditation is vital to meet Soltec's objectives in this country over the next twelve months. In this way, we continue with our growth formula in the most interesting PV markets".
