The SF Utility single-axis tracker is leading in Latin America.
Soltec, a leading manufacturer and supplier of single-axis solar trackers, will supply 180 MW of its SF Utility tracker equipment to a large-scale PV power plant in Peru, becoming the largest in the country and one of the largest plants in Latin America. “Supplying our SF Utility Single Axis Tracker in the largest PV power plant in Peru strengthens our market leadership in the region,” Said Soltec CEO Raúl Morales. “We are proud of our leadership position in Latin America and our positive impact on local economies.”
According to market research firm Greentech Media Soltec is the leading supplier of PV tracking equipment in Chile. Soltec has furthermore extended regional market-share with a total of ten large-scale projects underway across the region including projects in Brazil and Mexico. “Soltec and our customers know that each project will present new and singular challenges to overcome.
